O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to enquire and Register an FIR, based on the complaint dated 21.07.2015, against the Kesavan, Mrs.Ranjitha and S.Murugappan.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the 3rd respondent police have not received the complaint dated 21.07.2015 given by the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a complaint to the third respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
