PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to set aside the Docket Order dated 13.02.2025 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.16 of 2022 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur and direct the Trial Court to recast the issues.

ORDER

The defendants seeks to challenge the order passed by the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur, in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.16 of 1/4

2.The above application had been filed by the defendants for amending the issues. This application was filed on 13.02.2025 and on the very same day, the application has been dismissed by the learned Judge without issuing notice to the respondents and without giving opportunity to the petitioners to make their submissions. Therefore, the petition has been dismissed on the very same day that it has been filed and that too after numbering. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The order dated 13.02.2025 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.16 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur is set aside and the matter is remitted back and the learned Judge is directed to hear the parties after giving an opportunity to the respondents to submit their counter to the said application. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
