This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2015

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 10.06.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the second respondent in person along with Accident Register copy and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
