According to the revision petitioners, revision petitioners have filed an application in IA.No.895 of 2017 in OS.No.1026 of 2017 to decide the preliminary issue raised in the said suit. In the aforesaid application, the respondent has filed counter statement. The aforesaid application posted for enquiry and adjourned from time to time.
Therefore, the revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the materials available on record.
3. By considering the above said facts and the contentions of the revision petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif Court, Sulur to dispose of the IA.No.895 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.04.2018.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
