O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to count the services of the petitioner on the temporary basis from the initial date of appointment till the regularization dated

01.06.2006 for the purposes of conferment of Career Advancement Scheme and accordingly, refix the salary of the Petitioner with all monetary and service benefits.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation dated 24.06.2014 to the 2nd respondent requesting to ensure the regularisation of service period of Teaching Assistant of 131 Assistant Professors from their date of appointment as Teaching Assistant. The said representation is still pending, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the instant writ petition before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court for the same cause of action. She has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

4. Recording the above submission and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs.
