ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 03.05.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the offences committed by the accused persons at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is one of the accused in Crime No.56 of 2015 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) IPC on the complaint given by one Lakshminarayanan. As a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 03.05.2016, which has also been enquired by the second respondent Police and the same was closed on 08.07.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar, Recording the same, this petition is closed.
