Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2018 within a time frame and in accordance with law, in so far as, in the said representation, the petitioner had sought for to revoke his suspension dated 11.02.2018 passed by the respondent herein.

Mrs.Thanga Vadhana Balakrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
3. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2018, in accordance with law, within a stipulated period.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that while he was working as a Village Administrative Officer at Senkari Village, he was suspended from service vide proceedings of the third respondent dated 11.02.2018, due to the reason that he was trapped in a criminal case and was arrested. The petitioner has made a representation to the third respondent on 06.06.2018, seeking to revoke the order of suspension dated 11.02.2018, passed against him by the respondents herein. Since the same has not evoked any response, he has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection to consider such representation, in accordance with law.
6. Regard being had to the facts and submissions made especially to the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to take an informed and considered decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
