2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of the O.P.No.1524 of 2014 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and O.P.No.1524 of 2014 itself was dismissed and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
