The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2022 seeking measurement and earmarking or boundaries in respect of the subject land within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr. R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for R1 to R3.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation dated 25.02.2022 before the respondents 2 & 3, seeking to measure and earmark the boundaries of the property situated in SF.No.1771/7A, Ponnivadi Village, Tarapuram Division, Tirupur District. same has not been considered. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. On the above contention, heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 25.02.2022 made by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the aggrieved persons if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
