This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking impleadment of the petitioner as proposed respondent.

2. I have considered a similar petition in WMP. No.11542 of 2020 and all learned counsel agree that the same order may be passed in the present matter as well. The order dated 21.07.2020 passed in WMP No.11542 of 2020 reads as follows:

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking impleadment of the petitioner as proposed respondent. No objection is expressed by the respondents already arrayed for the reason that the contentions of the proposed respondent No.5 is in support of their stand.

2. Though a formal counter has been filed by the petitioner objecting to the proposed impleadment, the counter mostly proceeds on the merits of the allegations raised by the party seeking impleadment.

3. The party seeking impleadment is a person interested in the affairs of the Temple and I thus deem it necessary to have on record her point of view as well in regard to the affairs of the Temple before deciding the Writ Petition.

4. This Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petitioner is impleaded as R5 in the main Writ Petition.

5. List on 22.07.2020.

3. The aforesaid order is taken to be passed in the present case as well. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petitioner is impleaded as R6 in the main Writ Petition.

4. List on 24.07.2020. Status quo granted on 09.07.2020 will stand extended till then.
