This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 25.06.2016 and to enquire the same in a manner known to law and to take necessary action against the accused.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.06.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.400/2016 before the third respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
