This application has been filed to condone the delay of 556 days in filing the written statement of the first defendant in the above captioned suit.
2. Mr.Avinash Wadhwani, learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.Alifudeen, learned counsel for Mr.B.Manimaran, learned counsel for the second respondent and Mr.G.Ramesh, learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.
