The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, pointing out the mandatory violation of the provision under NDPS Act, sought for bail.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State after producing the CD file also submitted that since the investigation is at very crucial stage and ramification of the offence is very serious, releasing the petitioner, at this juncture, will hamper the progress of the investigation.

3. Taking note of the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was in possession of Narcotic Drug of commercial quantity, the investigation is not yet over, the bail petition is dismissed for the present.
