Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to restore petitioner's land situate at Survey No.34/2A1A1A1A1A1A1A1A (part), T.S.No.56, Ward F, Block No.54, Hasthinapuram Village, Gandhi Street, Nethaji Nagar Extension, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, measuring about 5959 sq.ft to its original position. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to restore petitioner's land situate at Survey No.34/2A1A1A1A1A1A1A1A (part), T.S.No.56, Ward F, Block No.54, Hasthinapuram Village, Gandhi Street, Nethaji Nagar Extension, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, measuring about 5959 sq.ft.

3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that patta issued to the land in dispute i.e. O.S.R area in the approved layout in favour of the petitioner's vendor, was already cancelled.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to establish his right before the competent Civil Court.

5. In the light of the above facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the opinion that, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
