Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is the second wife of one Subramanian, who married the petitioner after the demise of his first wife Angayarkanni. The petitioner's grievance is that the children born through the first wife have virtually excluded her. The petitioner has enclosed in the typed set of papers of the maintenance order obtained by her against her husband.
3. According to the petitioner, she is a Class-I legal heir and therefore, she is entitled to be included in the Legal heir https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Certificate. The petitioner has given an application dated 07.02.2022 in this regard. Since the matter concerns pensionary benefits, the respondent is directed to hold an enquiry in this regard and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
