(CRIME NO.38 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.3968 of 2022 order dated 17.02.2022 (i.e) the petitioner shall report before respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and pass such order or any other order deem fit and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.3968 of 2022 on 17.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
