O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No:51 of 2015 now pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. Both the learned counsel have identified the defacto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioners, they have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz.,1.G.Martin Chezhian - 869570037038, 2.K.Kumaresan - 9176 8370 0299 and P.Jasper Selvakumar - 3474 8870 3227 and the defacto complainant has submitted the photocopy of his Aadhar Card viz., Mr.Senthil Babu- 7615 7724 3974 after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an affidavit dated 28.02.2018 was filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 51 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent's police .

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in C.C.No. 51 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent's police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

6. The Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 28.02.2018 shall form part of the order. Sd/- Deputy Registrar(CS) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar vv To
