ORDER
The petition is filed seeking a direction to complete the investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on completion of the investigation, the police has found that there is no material to proceed against the accused persons and hence, the complaint was closed as mistake of fact and the same has been informed to the concerned Magistrate as early as on 11.09.2023. 3.
If the petitioner herein is aggrieved by the closure report, he can file a protest petition and proceed as per the law. 2/4
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
