JUDGMENT
[delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.] The Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed in W.P.No.31969 of 2014. The said writ petition was filed for a mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct vigilance enquiry in respect of employment registration renewal of the writ petitioner and not sponsoring his name for the post of Laboratory Assistant in Thiruvannamalai District for the recruitment year 2014-2015.
2. The order of the learned Single Judge itself has recorded the fact that already an enquiry has been conducted and the enquiry report has been submitted to the Government recommending disciplinary action against the officials, who have not renewed writ petitioner's employment registration card.
3. As already the action has been taken, there is nothing to be adjudicated in the Writ Appeal against the order made in the said writ petition. Hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
