This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent the second respondent to register an F.I.R. on the complaint dated 22.07.2015 given by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that, a dispute arose between two police personnel working in the Police Department, both living in the Police quarters, which has been blown out of proportion. The medical records produced shows that, there is no obvious external injuries. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police conducted enquiry and closed it on 24.08.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
