ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to return him the registered sale deed dated 15.02.2018 registered as document No.7187 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to vacant house site bearing Plot No.47, Sri Balaji Nagar, comprising in S.No.18, Sub Division Survey No.18/ 3B measuring to an extent of 2520 Sq.ft situated at Pallikarani Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 08.06.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the petitioner shall approach the authorities concerned and if everything found fit, on payment of necessary charges the sale deed registered on 15.02.2018 will be released.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the respondents with all the required documents in support of his claim, along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On payment of necessary charges, the respondents are directed to consider the same and decide on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
