ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 07.03.2019 to issue the patta for 3138 Sq.Ft. in S.No. 106 part and S.No.8 Part based on the Document 2996/1978 dated 15.09.1978. 2.The case of the petitioner is that one Rao Bhagdur P.Ramdoss purchased the property in S.Nos.105, 106 in Saligramam Village and S.No.7,8 in Virugambakkam Village in the year 1949 vide registered sale deed No.589/1949 and developed the lay out and approved by the concerned authority as approved and sanctioned vide proceedings bearing No.54/1965 - 1966 dated 07.02.1966 and sold the plots No.160 and 161 to one Sundaram through registered sale deed No.3604/1966 and 3898/1966. The said Sundaram sold the plot No 161 to one Ramasamy through registered sale deed No.4869/1974. The said Ramasamy sold the plot No.161 to the petitioner consist of 3138 sq. ft. but the second respondent issued patta only for 1418. From the year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2015, the petitioner made several representation to the respondents to the first respondent, which is not considered till date and hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking with the afore said prayer. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.03.2019 and to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in S.No.106 part and S.No.8 part within the time limit as fixed by this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate fairly submitted that the representation will be considered and necessary orders will be passed in accordance with law within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

5.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019 after providing opportunity to the petitioner and aggrieved person if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
