Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.No.13355/2021 on 15.12.2021 absolutely and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PARANEEDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13355 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16753 of 2021 on 15.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
