2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the respondent has been wrongly mentioned in the cause title.

3. Considering the submission, in the cause title of the order, dated 23.07.2020, the name of the respondent - 'M/s.Edelweiss Housing Finance Limited (EHFL)' shall be substituted with 'Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited'.
