ORDER
This Petition has been filed seeking an extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3766 of 2026, dated 16.02.2026.
2. It is submitted that when the matter was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" on 16.03.2026 to correct typographical errors in the Sections of the alleged offences, the request could not be entertained as the original order was self-executing. Consequently, the petitioner has filed the present miscellaneous petition for extension of time to enable the necessary corrections and compliance.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed. Time is extended by two weeks from the date the order copy is made ready for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3766 of 2026. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
5. Furthermore, the Registry is directed to correct the first paragraph of the order dated 16.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.3766 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy as set out below:
"The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419,
465, 466, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860, in Crime No.469 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail."
