O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to give police protection to petitioner and his Hospital Staffs.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and his wife were Dentist for the past 20 years and running a hospital. While so, one P.Selvaraj residing near the petitioner's house, had encroached about 3 feet in the common road and parked his vehicles in the middle of the road. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the District Collector, Thiruppur, who directed the Commissioner, Dharapuram Municipalilty, through Tahsildar Daharapuram to remove such encroachment . Thereafter, the said P.Selvaraj having grudge over the petitioner, abused and threatened the petitioner and his hospital staff. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with aforesaid prayer.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.01.2019 and conduct an enquiry with the counter party and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
