Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal at Coimbatore to consider and dispose of the S.A.No.89/2021 on its file, in accordance with law, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

(2)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed.

(3)This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, by directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal [DRT], Coimbatore, to dispose SA.No.89/2021 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, 2/4

preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
