Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this Court, vide orders both dated 25.04.2025 made in Crl.MP.Nos.8484 & 8499 of 2025 respectively, granted extension of time and modified the condition imposed by this Court, by order dated 13.02.2025 in Crl.OP.No,21431 of 2024. However, in the order copy dated 25.04.2025, inadvertently a typographical error has crept in, wherein the year of the Criminal original petition has been wrongly mentioned as 2023 instead of 2024 and thereby, he sought for appropriate correction.

3. This Court perused the orders dated 25.04.2025, and this Court is satisfied that the year of the criminal original petition is wrongly typed as '2023' instead of '2024' which has to necessarily be modified.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction in respect of the year of the criminal original petition in the orders dated 25.04.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the orders to the learned counsel for the parties.

5. All the other observations and conditions made in the earlier orders both dated 25.04.2025 shall remain intact, except for the above said correction.
