The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner / company was liquidated and the Official liquidator has further sold the company in favour of the KRS Erectors by order dated 26.09.2022. Thus, no further adjudication is required. However, if any grievance exist for

the petitioner / company they are at liberty to approach the competent authorities for redressal of their grievance.
