O R D E R
This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.22986 of 2017 dated 30.10.2017.
2.The petitioner's complaint was closed on the ground that on the basis of the 3rd party's complaint, complaint has already been registered. In view of the same, it cannot be said that there is a disobedience on the part of the respondent in closing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Contempt Petition No.266 of 2018 the complaint, since, there was not positive directions by this Court in order dated 30.10.2017.
3.Nevertheless, petitioner is of the view that he intends to agitate the issue any further, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to file a private complaint, if they choose to do so.
4.This criminal original petition is closed with the above liberty.
