This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Ms.Ramya V. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that she has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the delay is condoned.
