2. It is informed that there are third parties who are impleaded in the suit, but the cause title was not corrected and thus the impugned judgment does not enlist them as parties. Subsequently, delay in correction of cause title is stated to have been condoned.

3. We are, thus, of the view that such of the parties who have been impleaded in the suit should also be arrayed as parties in the present appeal and the memo of parties be amended accordingly.
