PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to verify the petitioner's possession of the property in Survey No.266B/2B at Mecheri Village, Salem District and subsequently transfer the name in patta No.5, on the file of 2nd respondent in favour of the petitioner instead of "Arulmigu Karuppasami Kovil" in pursuant of the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2020 and pass orders.
