ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in in Crl.M.P.No.1591 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026 in Crl.OP.No.35577 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 in Crime No.38 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1591 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026 in Crl.OP.No.35577 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
