This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register an FIR and to investigate the case in accordance with law on the complaint dated 26.03.2016, given by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.560 of 2016 has been registered on 25.07.2016 for offences under Sections 147, 341 and 506(ii) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
