2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The respondents being duly served and their names are also printed in the cause list today. However, there is no representation on their side.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, the petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same "for admission".
