O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate dis-obeyance of the order of this Court dated 08.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.20280 of 2022.
2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent herein conducted detailed enquiry and rejected the claim of the petitioner by order dated 21.11.2022 itself. Therefore, there is no contempt is made out as against the respondent herein.
3. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law, if she is so advised. No costs.
