Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive trial of CCB Cases (relating to Cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Chennai, Egmore @ Allikulam Complex Chennai to return the property documents deposited vide documents No.2785 of 2004 and 2786 of 2004 dated 08.11.2004 (two original sale deed documents) which stand in the petitioner's name which were furnished in the court as security in C.C.No.3813/2010.
