C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the warrant issued against the third respondent by the learned Fast Track Court - II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai in C.C.Nos.2887, 2883 and 2882 of 2016, in order to execute the warrant of commitment on a sentence of imprisonment and compensation amount.

2. Heard Mr.Duraikannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents.

3. Today when the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that despite the conviction warrant issued, on 23/12/2021, by the trial Court, no action has been taken by the respondent Police, to execute the same.

4. Considering the fact that convict warrant has been issued, respondent Police is directed to execute the warrant expeditiously, and produce the convict before the trial Court.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
