COMMON ORDER Today, when these petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the order of dismissal dated 04.01.2016 made in I.A.Nos.446 and 447 of 2015 in I.A.No.244 of 2013 in F.C.O.P.No.392 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Salem, to re-open and re-call R.W.1, the petitioner, for marking documents. Pending Civil Revision Petitions, the petitioner died and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petitions.
2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
