This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no case against the petitioner before the respondents. However, on the complaint given by one Dhatchayani, mother of the petitioner, a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case in Crime No.72 of 2018 has been registered for women missing. Dhatchayani has also filed HCP.No.713 of 2018 before this Court for production of the petitioner by the police.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with the enquiry and the petitioner is also directed to appear before the Division Bench of this Court, whenever HCP.No.713 of 2018 is listed.
