ORDER
This application has been filed to pass an order to issue a warrant addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Chennai, to arrest the insolvent/2nd respondent herein, viz., R.Paneerselvam, residing at No.216, D Block, 15th floor, TNHB 606, Govt. Employees Rental Quarters, Thirumangalam, Chennai-600 040.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
3. The second respondent was earlier secured pursuant to a warrant, following which he had remitted a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- on 19.08.2025 and was further directed to make payment of the balance amount. On 18.09.2025, the insolvent appeared before the office of the Official Assignee and sought further one month to remit the balance amount. However, the 2nd respondent/insolvent has failed to appear before the Official Assignee. Thereafter, call notices were issued on 06.11.2025 and on 08.11.2025 and the said notices had been returned with the postal endorsement "Addressee not found".
4. In view of the same, this application stands ordered as prayed for. No costs.
