ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.10.2025, learned 1/4
counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending consideration of the writ petition, the petitioner has deceased on 13.05.2025 and sought time to verify as to whether the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner intend to pursue the writ petition.
2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not able to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner and thus, reports 'no instruction'.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court presumes that legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are not intended to pursue the writ petition.
