The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 3 & 4 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 in ECIR No.53 of 2010, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on 02.04.2019, due to illness, the petitioner was not able to appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in respect of the case in C.C.No.54 of 2018, and hence non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner. He would further submit that the said absence is neither willful nor wanton and he undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner on 02.04.2019, and the same is pending.

Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall NBW already issued against her. On filing of such petition, the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

Today, this matter came up before me under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while giving a direction, at 5th line of paragraph No.4, instead of "On filing of such petition, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai" has wrongly directed "On filing of such petition, the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate."
3.Registry is directed to change the name of the Court mentioned as 'On filing of such petition, the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate' at 5th line of paragraph No.4 of the order dated 11.04.2019 as 'On filing of such petition, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai' and issue fresh order copy to the parties as well as the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.
