Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram and transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Karur. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner / wife to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2017 filed by the respondent / husband from the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram and transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Karur.

2. The interlocutory application in I.A.No.176 of 2017 for custody of the minor child filed by the respondent / husband is also pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

3. Considering the inconvenience caused to the petitioner, H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2017 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram is withdrawn and transferred to Subordinate Court, Karur. A direction is issued to the Subordinate Court, Karur, to renumber the Original Petition as well as the interlocutory application in I.A.No.176 of 2017. It is further directed that the interlocutory application for custody of minor child shall be disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the main original petition shall be disposed of, as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
