(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for absorption as Examiner or Reader or Senior Bailiff.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was appointed as temporary employee under rule 10(A)(1), (new corresponding Section 17(1) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servant Conditions of Service Act 2016). She was already removed from service on 14.02.2022. The order of removal was passed as a punishment in a departmental disciplinary proceedings. That being the factum, the relief as such sought for cannot be granted.
