Respondents PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Hosur, Krishnagiri District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.278 of 2015 within a stipulated time as framed by this Hon'ble Court on merits and in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners. Perused the records.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction for speedy disposal of O.S.No.278 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Additional Sub Judge, Hosur.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.278 of 2015 seeking partition of the schedule of property. Pleadings are completed. In the meanwhile one of the defendants died and steps are being taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased defendant. It is submitted that the suit is filed in the year 2015 2/4

and the delay in disposing of the said suit is causing much hardship to the petitioners.

5. Considering the the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at this stage directing the Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.278 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, if necessary by advancing the suit and by issuing fresh notices to appear LRs to a shorter date. There shall be no order as to costs.
