This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.98 of 2015 and the complaint has been sent to the Social Welfare Officer, Kancheepuram.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the respondent Police shall take action after receipt of the report from the Social Welfare Officer, Kancheepuram.
