(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the Order dated 19.12.2013 made in I.A.No.2157/2012 in O.P.No.128/2010 by the learned Judge II Additional Family Court at Chennai. 1/4
2. There is no representation for the petitioner for consecutive two hearings.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent is present and he has reiterated his earlier submission that the Civil Revision Petition itself is not maintainable on the order passed by the Family Court and the only remedy available to the aggreived is to file a Civil Miscellaneous Application.
4. The said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record. Taking into account of the continuous absence on behalf of the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for Non Prosecution. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No. 5338 of 2016, is closed.
