This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint and investigate the case, according to law on the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 07.08.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
